Randal Scott Stamper age 55 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Randal was born in Galax, Virginia on June 29, 1960 to Scott and Lucy Evans Stamper.
He is survived by his wife Marsha Stamper of Galax, Virginia; daughter and son-in-law Ashley and Cody Carico of Fries, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law Justin and Jessica Stamper of Galax, Virginia; step-children and spouses Joshua and Ashley Brooks of Fries, Virginia; Samantha and Joshua Davis of Woodlawn, Virginia; Jessica Anders of Fries, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Kim and Alan Dixon of Galax, Virginia; brother George Stamper of Roanoke, Virginia; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 20,2016 at 2:00 PM in the Fairlawn Church of Christ with the Rev. Andy Edmonds and the Rev. Greg Carico officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
