Ralph Houston Nichols' Obituary
Ralph Houston Nichols age 84 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in the Waddell Nursing Home.
Mr. Nichols was born in Grayson County, Virginia on October 20, 1930 to Glen and Margie Higgins Nichols.
He proudly served our country in the US Army.
He is survived by his wife Jamalee Nichols of Galax, Virginia; daughter Dreama Reynolds of Ennice, North Carolina; grandson and spouse Robbie Jason and Brandi Reynolds Ennice, North Carolina; great grandchildren Chase Burke and Rayne Madison Reynolds; sister and brother-in-law Wilma and Mike Floyd of Galax, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Kyle and Reenee Nichols of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Bailey and the Rev. Bob Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery with Military Rites by Grayson VFW Post 7726. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
