Ralph Neal Morris age 84 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mr. Morris was born on May 30, 1933 in Virginia to Jessie Ralph and Elsie Todd Morris. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Davis Morris.

He is survived by a step-daughter and her husband Judy and Norman Adcock of Carrboro, North Carolina; grandchildren David Adcock and Rebecca Wells; great-grandchildren Elena Adcock and Will Adcock; sister Sue Pearson of Timonium, Maryland; brothers and sisters-in-law Jeff and Doris Morris of Galax, Virginia; Harry and Betty Lou Morris of Kingsport, Tennessee.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Richard Gregory and the Rev. Michael Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the First United   Methodist Church.
