Priscilla Lou Frost Rose age 72 of Max Meadows, Virginia passed away Monday, July 20, 2015 at her home.

Mrs. Rose was born on July 23, 1942 in Carroll County, Virginia to Paul and Margaret Hill Frost. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Kay Hall.

She is survived by her husband James R. (Jack) Rose of Max Meadows, Virginia; daughters and sons-in-law Becky and Scott Thompson of Galax, Virginia; Mary and Edward Henley of Hillsville, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law Dwayne and Denise Mabe of Galax, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Mike Sizemore of Galax, Virginia; brothers and sisters-in-law Robert and Brenda Frost of Roanoke, Virginia; James (J.C.) and Jean Ann Frost of Kansas City, Missouri; special brother-in-law and wife Dan and Janice Rose of Max Meadows, Virginia; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Bill Shupe and the Rev. Oscar Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the James Gardner Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
