Phyllis Ann Vernon Burnette's Obituary
Phyllis Ann Vernon Burnette, age 74, of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday January 21, 2023 in Forsyth Medical Center.
Phyllis was born on December 12, 1948 in Forsyth County, North Carolina to the late Paul and Hazel Smith Vernon. She was also preceded in death by her sister Mary Alice Vernon.
She is survived by her husband Larry Burnette of Galax, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law Jason and Stephanie Burnette of Woodlawn, Virginia; brother Lloyd Vernon of Galax, Virginia; sister-in-law Linda Burnette; sister-in-law and spouse Josephine and Gilbert Perry.
The graveside service will be held Tuesday January 24, 2023 at 2:00PM in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Brother Roger Redd officiating with burial to follow.
Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home is serving the Burnette Family.
