Phyllis Ann Moore's Obituary
Phyllis Ann Moore, age 78, of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday November 22, 2021 in Twin County Regional Hospital.
Phyllis was born on November 26, 1942 in Galax, Virginia to the late Elmer and Hazel Brown Jacobs. She is also preceded in death by her brother Ronnie Jacobs.
She is survived by daughters Jackie Felts Mabe of Tallahassee, Florida and Chris Vaught of Galax, Virginia; son Jacob Felts of Galax, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Terry and Marry-Ann Jacobs of Galax, Virginia. Also surviving are a special friend Timothy Warf; five grandchildren Leslie and Craig Dunn, Jason Vaught and Caitlin Phillips, Alexandra Vaught, Joshua Blizzard, and Michaela Mabe; nine great grandchildren.
The memorial service will be held on Saturday December 11, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Galax Wesleyan Church with Pastor Randy Watts officiating.
