Peggy Jean Davis Jordan age 81 of Fries, Virginia passed away Monday February 1, 2021 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Jordan was born in Carroll County, Virginia on February 9, 1939 to Garnett Minor and Nellie Rachel Bilbrey Davis.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Diane and Bobby Jones of Fries, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Tony and Robin Jordan of Fries, Virginia; Danny and Oudia Jordan of Laurel Fork, Virginia; six grandchildren Joe Jordan (Katie); Gage Grier; Adam Conger; Halle Jordan; Eric Jones and Grayson Jordan; two great-grandchildren Alanna Jordan and Leighelle Jordan; sister and brother-in-law Brenda and Larry Bryant of Galax, Virginia; brother Alton Davis of Pocahontas, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in the Mt. Hope Cemetery with Pastor Greg Burnett officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Mask and social distancing will be required at the graveside service.
