Pebble Sue Hawks age 58 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in the North Carolina Baptist Hospital.

Pebble was born on April 8, 1965 in Forsyth County, North Carolina to Bobby and Virginia Gretchen Tate Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children Freddy Eugene Hawks, Jr. and Savannah Shay Hawks.

She is survived by a son Bobby Hawks; daughter Celeste Danielle Hawks both of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; sisters Terri Simpson and Kay Griggs both of Galax, Virginia; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and special caregiver Devin Simpson..

A graveside service will be held Monday at 2:00 PM in the Felts Memorial Cemetery with Dr. Ronny Harrison officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
