Pauline J. Sawyers' Obituary
Pauline J. Sawyers age 84 of Fries, Virginia passed away Monday, February 13, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Sawyers was born in Grayson County, Virginia on March 16, 1927 to Samuel Thomas "Buck" and Myrtle Ann Myers Johnson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Lacy Sawyers.
She is survived by her daughter Phyllis White of Fries, Virginia; granddaughter and husband Jennifer and Tommy Wall; grandson and special family Benjamin White, Tiffany and Cheryse; great-granddaughter Lacy Wall; sisters and brother-in-law Mildred "Betty" Sawyers; JoAnn and George Jones all of Fries, Virginia; special niece and husband Connie and Jerry Moss; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Fries Baptist Church with Rev. John Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at the Fries Baptist Church.
