Paul Earnest Blevins' Obituary
Paul Earnest Blevins, 85, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 at the Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax, Virginia. He was born Monday, June 27, 1927 in Surry County, North Carolina to John H. Blevins and Mollie Shores Blevins.
He is survived by his wife Sarah Louise Blevins of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law : Janet and Jim Patterson of Cornelius, North Carolina;; Brenda and David Flinchum of Roanoke, Virginia; two sons and daughters-in-law Michael and Shelby Blevins of Blountville, Tennessee; Steve and Kay Blevins of Hickory, North Carolina; brother and sister-in-law: Roger and Cecil Blevins of Redding, California; half brother and sister-in-law: Johnny and Kay Blevins of Jonesville, North Carolina; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one step grandson, two step great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Savannah United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeff Callahan, Rev. Garnett Rex Tolliver and Rev. Mark Carico officiating. Burial will follow in the Edmonds Memorial Cemetery, Ennice, North Carolina. The family will receive friends Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the church.
Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made to the Edmonds Memorial Cemetery Fund, c/o Rex Tolliver, 677 Old Barrett Road, Ennice, North Carolina 28623
