Patty Sue Moore Carico age 67 of Fries, Virginia passed away Monday July 18, 2022 in the Henrico Doctor's Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Patty was born in Fries, Virginia on August 27, 1954 to Dewey Phipps and Virginia Anders Moore.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Tiara and Scott Smolinski of Sarasota, Florida; brother Jerry Moore of Fries, Virginia; two grandchildren Lana Smolinski and Graham Smolinski; several cousins.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Stevens Creek United Methodist Church with Pastor Rick Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Stevens Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight at the Stevens Creek United Methodist Church.
