Patsy Jean Payne age 81 of Port Richey, Florida and formerly of Galax, Virginiapassed away Monday, March 10, 2025 in Port Richey.

Patsy was born on March 11, 1943 in Wythe County, Virginia to William Homer and Mildred Hamilton Blevins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters Margaret Williams and Lora Hensley and a brother Jerry Blevins.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law Jeannie and Sam Holderfield of Woodlawn, Virginia; Linda and Tony Gartman of Port Richey, Florida; sons and daughter-in-law John and Rhonda Roberts of Galax, Virginia; Robbie Felts of Port Richey, Florida; sisters Bertie Hughes of Harrisonburg, Virginia; Connie Rhone of Galax, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Sam and Linda Blevins of Galax, Virginia; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Friday at 3:00 PM in the Camp Zion Church with Pastor Sam Blevins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Camp Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 PM until the funeral service at the Camp Zion Church.
