Patsy Ann Cox. Age 87, of Annandale, Virginia and originally from Grayson County, Virginia passed away June 10, 2018 in Annandale. Patsy was born in Grayson County to the late Dalla Osborne Cox and Forrest S. Cox; sister Frances Jo Cox Hollans and niece Susan Hollans Maher.

Miss Cox is survived by brother-in-law: Irby N. Hollans, Jr; niece Carol Hollans Pratt, nephew and wife Neil Hollans and Dawn; great nieces and nephews: Ryan and Katy Maher; Melissa and Kelly Pratt; Sam Hollans; Jeffrey Henderson and Jeremy Hollans. Several cousins also survive.

A service will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Morris officiating. Interment will follow in the Galax City Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
