Patricia Ann Shinault's Obituary
Patricia Ann Shinault age 56 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, June 4, 2010 at Twin County Regional Hospital.
Patricia was born on July 7, 1953 in New Jersey to Arthur and Margaret Elizabeth Toomey Carper. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Roma Dale Shinault, Jr. and a brother Joseph Carper.
She is survived by her husband Roma Dale Shinault, Sr. of Galax, Va.; daughters and sons-in-law Lisa and Timothy Gough of Mt. Airy, N.C.; Bess and Joseph Logan of Galax, Va.; son and daughter-in-law David and Amanda Carper of Galax, Va.; sister Linda Romanick of Georgia; grandchildren Crystal, Meagan, Lindsay, Brieanna, Travis, Ashley, Branden and Nikita; great-grandchildren Kaidy, Tyler, Logan and Michael; several nieces and nephews; several close friends; sisters-in-heart Freda Best, Betty Jo Bowman and Diane Bowman.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 3:00 pm at East Galax Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny King officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
