Patricia Ann "Trish" Roberts, went home to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness, June 20, 2007. She was born Jan. 20, 1960 in Okinawa, Japan.

She graduated with a BA degree in English Literature from UNCG and worked as a technical writer at Research Triangle Park. She went on several mission trips including Haiti, Papua New Guinea and Kenya.

She is survived by her parents, Jack and Betty ( Montgomery) Roberts, King, NC, brother & sister in law, Alan and Sande Roberts, Seattle, WA, sisters & brother in law, Cathy R.Whitworth, Walkertown, NC, Rita and James Frye, King, NC, several nieces and nephews, several beloved aunts and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 22, 2007 at 7:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church, King, NC with Pastor Roger Baker officiating. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Felts Memorial Cemetery, Galax, VA. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:30 AM Saturday prior to the graveside service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home, Galax. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Christian School, King, NC 27021.
