Patricia "Patti" Elaine Douglas McFadden age 55 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday October 19, 2022 at her home.

Patti was born in Galax, Virginia on April 24, 1967 to Thomas Dean and June Woodel Douglas.

She is survived by her daughter and fiance' Amanda Tanner and Dean Nichols of Galax, Virginia; son and fiancee' Josh Lineberry and Azaria Crenshaw of Blacksburg, Virginia; five grandchildren Knox Tanner; Ava Nichols; Astaria Lineberry; Luna Lineberry; Sol Lineberry; one step-grandchild Conner Nichols; sisters and brother-in-law Christina and Jerry Parnell; Vicki Alley all of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday October 29 ^th at 1:00 PM in the Bishops Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Harmon officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Bishops Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the family toward the expenses of the service.
