Patricia Ann Alderman Delby age 70 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023 in the Forsyth Medical Center.

Patricia was born in Fries, Virginia (Carroll County) on May 26, 1953 to William Frank and Helen Jean Jackson Alderman.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Cosby and Chris Hawks of Galax, Virginia;  Cosby's father Freddie Randall Delby; sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Bo King of Austinville, Virginia;  brother and sister-in-law Steve and Debbie Alderman of Ivanhoe, Virginia; nieces and spouses Chelsea and Jason Musick; Jessica and David Parnell; Melissa and Dustin Williams; nephews and spouses Brooke and Catherine Alderman; Aaron and Jenna Alderman; several great nieces and great nephews; special friends Kay Anderson and Dexter Edwards..

There will be no services held for Patricia at this time. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the Great Hope Baptist Church, 111 Elk Horn Road, Woodlawn, Virginia 24381.
