Patricia (Pat)  Ann Martin Rutledge  age 88 of Mt. Airy, North Carolina passed away Monday January 23, 2023 in the Forsyth Medical Center.

Mrs. Rutledge was born in Gary, West Virginia on March 9, 1934 to Hubert Kerr and Lodeemy Collins Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband C.T. Rutledge and a son David Alan Rutledge.

She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law Connelly Eugene and Debbie Rutledge; Randy Lee and Patty Rutledge; Donald Vincent and Linda Rutledge; daughter Karen Marsee; sisters Helen Smith; Flo Hall and Nancy Martin; brother Jerry Martin; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday January 28 ^th from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Monday January 30 ^th at 12:00 PM  in the Province Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesville, Virginia. Burial will follow in the McConnell Cemetery in Jonesville, Virginia. The family will receive friends Monday from 11:00 AM until time for the funeral service at the Province Funeral Home.
