Pamela Jean Vaughn age 46 of Fries, Virginia passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in the Lewis Gale Medical Center.

Pamela was born in Galax, Virginia on March 22, 1972 to Calvin and Linda Arnold Vaughn. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Addie Grace McLain.

In addition to her mother Linda Vaughn of Galax, Virginia and father Calvin Vaughn of Fries, Virginia, Pamela is survived by her children Jessica McLain of the home; Jeffery Vaughn and Jason Vaughn both of Galax, Virginia; Jacob Lovern of Barren Springs, Virginia; sister Amy Lester of Fries, Virginia; grandmother Iva Vaughn of Fries, Virginia; five grandchildren; two nieces Alexis Brown and Amber Moore.

The family will receive friends Friday from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. The service will be private for the family.
