Pamela Sue Moretz, age 54, Galax, VA, died Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Carolina Medical Center, Charlotte, NC.
Mrs. Moretz was born Feb. 24, 1962 in Galax, VA to John and Marcia Faye Tate Brown.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Eugene Moretz, Galax, VA; a daughter and her fiancé, Melissa Huffman and Andrew Eaves, Galax, VA; sons & daughters-in-law, Johnathan & Emily Moretz, Fries, VA, Chadwick & Tyla Moretz, Galax, VA; sister & brother-in-law, Lynn & David Carter, Myrtle Beach, SC; brothers & sisters-in-law, Tommy & Pam Brown, Galax, VA and Jamie & Christy Brown, Woodlawn, VA; brother-in-law. Bobby Moretz, Galax, VA; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, also, survive.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel, Galax, VA. Burial will follow in the City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. Officiating ministers will be the Rev. Myron Dalton and the Rev. Junior Bullion.
