Ouida Ann Jordan age 68 of Meadows of Dan, Virginia passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday June 28, 2022.

Ouida was born on February 11, 1954 in Sparta, North Carolina to Woodrow Kyle and Georgie Ilene Kilby Caudill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several siblings.

She is survived by her husband Danny Jordan of Meadows of Dan, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Joseph and Katie Jordan of Meadows of Dan, Virginia; Byron and Melissa Dowdy; Jason and Missy Dowdy all of Roanoke, Virginia; sisters and brothers-in-law Cherie and Tommy Stockner of Galax, Virginia; Janet and Lane Marshall of Hillsville, Virginia; seven grandchildren Alanna Jordan; Leighella Jordan; MaKayla Dowdy; Will Dowdy; Chloe Dowdy; Liam Dowdy and Jaelyn Dowdy; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 12:00 PM in the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church with  Pastor Rick Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt.  Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 11:00 AM until time for the funeral service at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church
