Ola Cordella Ramey's Obituary
Ola Cordella Ramey age 89 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday, October 12, 2015 at her home.
Mrs. Ramey was born in Grayson County, Virginia on May 31, 1926 to Phillip and Laura Price Harris. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Ramey.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Ralph and Betty Ramey of Thomasville, North Carolina; James and Sandra Ramey of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren Teresa Hardin; Sherry Combs; Tammy Ramey and Jennifer Bowers; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special niece Shirley Dillon.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastor Andy Edmonds and Pastor Rodney Christman officiating. Burial will follow in the Camp Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
