Odean Cox Sharp's Obituary
Odean C Sharp, 91, widow of Roma R. Sharp, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at the Golden Living Center in Galax. She was born September 12, 1916 in Carroll County to Isaac Legand Cox and Phoebia Lou Snow Cox.
Among survivors is a sister Flora Carico of Galax and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1:30 PM Friday, February 8 at the funeral home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Leo Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the River Hill Christian Church Cemetery in the Hebron community.
Friends may call at any time at 206 Prospect Avenue in Galax.
