Nora D. Roberts' Obituary
Nora D. Roberts age 91 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, November 23, 2012 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Roberts was born on May 30, 1921 in Low Gap, North Carolina.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Roberts.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Wayne and Carolyn Roberts of Galax, Virginia; son and fiancee' Virgil Roberts and Linda Lemons of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren Ricky Roberts; Dustin Roberts; Dale Roberts and Jennifer Roberts; great-grandchildren Shae Roberts; Matthew Bledsoe; Anthony Bledsoe; Jordan Bledsoe; Justin Roberts and Dylan Roberts; special friends Pauline Burcham; Sheila Hooven; Irene Tolley and Lena Rose Dillon.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, November 25, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Blood Bought Church with Rev. Joe Tolley and Rev. Max Combs officiating. Burial will follow in the Galax City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Blood Bought Church.
