Nora Alice Brannock's Obituary
Nora Alice Brannock age 89 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday, August 13, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Brannock was born on October 26, 1922 in Grayson County, Virginia to Alex and Mary Ethel Lowe Brannock.
She is survived by her son Richard Bond of Bedford, Virginia; sister Ruby Dell Brannock of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; brother Johnny Clifton Brannock of Galax, Virginia; grandchild and spouse Annette and Jim Gunnoud; great-grandchildren Madison Gunnoud and Garrett Gunnoud; five step-grandchildren; special granddaughter T.J. Realmuto; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Snow Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Ernie Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at Snow Hill Baptist Church.
