Nita Barbara Linville age 57 of Hillsville, Virginia passed away Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Nita was born in Galax, Virginia on June 19, 1953 to Elbert and Myrtle Bowers Alderman.
She is survived by her husband Eddie Linville of Hillsville, Virginia; daughter Tracey Meadows of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren Abigail Meadows, Tessa Meadows and Jaimee Meadows; sister Betty Jo James of Elk Creek, Virginia; half-sister Darla Tate of Hillsville, Virginia; brothers Elbert Alderman of Independence, Virginia and James Alderman of Hillsville, Virginia.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 3, 2010 at 2:00 pm at River Hill Christian Church with Pastor Leo Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the River Hill Cemetery. The body-will lie-in-state one hour before the funeral service. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
