Nina Ann Haumacher's Obituary
Nina Ann Haumacher age 97 of Galax, Virginia passed away Thursday, March 10, 2011 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Haumacher was born on February 20, 1914 in Galax, Virginia to Owen Osborne and Maggie Lillian Donithan Taylor. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Fred Haumacher.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Pete and Peggy Hamilton of Cana, Virginia; daughter and fiance' Neina Draughn and David Causey of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren and spouses Rhonda and L.P. Tompkins; Daniel and Angie Hiatt; Adam and Mandi Hiatt; Brandi Cain and Hannah Draughn; ten great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. David Sechrist officiating. Burial will follow in the Goodson Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
