Nellie Bell Farmer Richardson age 100 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday morning in the Galax Health and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Richardson was born in Fries, Virginia on December 5, 1922 to Louis and Ossie Cannoy Farmer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Archie Richardson; one sister and four brothers.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Susie and Barry Lyons; sister-in-law Alene Richardson all of Galax, Virginia; two grandchildren and spouse Barry Alan Lyons and Monte Eric and Susie Hash-Lyons; two great-grandchildren Ethan Codell Lyons and Kyleigh Erica Lyons; several nieces and nephews; special friend Mike Anthony.

A graveside service will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM in the Monta Vista Cemetery with Barry Lyons officiating.  There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
