Nella Naomi Delp Hawks' Obituary
Nella Naomi Hawks age 83 of Fries, Virginia passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012 in the Forsyth Medical Center.
Mrs. Hawks was born in Carroll County, Virginia on June 15, 1929 to Gilford and Lizzie Boyles Delp. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Troy James Hawks.
She is survived by her son Thomas James Hawks of Fries, Virginia; adopted daughter Texas Harreld of Fries, Virginia; special caregiver Nancy Hawks of Fries, Virginia.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 16, 2012 at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. The family request no food please.
