Nathan Grant Simpkins, age 43, of Galax, VA, died Friday, Feb. 09, 2018 at his home.
Mr. Simpkins was born in Goldsboro, NC, Dec. 22, 1974 to John Madison and Vicky Crowder. Preceding him in death was his mother and brother, Mark Simpkins.
He is survived by: cousin, Thomas Simpkins, Indian Valley, VA; step-father, William Mitchell, half-brothers, Devin & Chris Mitchell. all of Mechanicsville, VA.
A private service will be held at a later date.
