Naomi Hampton Young age 90 of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and formerly of Fries, Va. passed away Wednesday October 18,2006 in Heartland Center. She was born in Grayson County, Va. on December 16, 1915 to the late Troy & Pearl Hampton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Young. She is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law Truly & Claude Vereen of Riviera Beach, Florida; Mary & Joseph Boysaw of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Cora & Anthony Boysaw of Granite Falls, North Carolina; son and daughter-in-law Cornelius & Vi Young of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sister Beatrice Hagwood of Columbia, Maryland; brothers & sisters-in-law Olen & Dorothy Hampton of Riverdale, Georgia; Roy & Debra Hampton of Detroit, Michigan; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held Saturday October 28, 2006 at 11:00 AM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Evangelist Gloria Richardson and Rev. Bonnell Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Oldtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
