Naomi Frances Lineberry, 93, of Galax passed away Saturday June 30, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Lineberry was born February 6, 1925 in Wythe County to the late Walter L. and Susan G. Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Willard M. Lineberry, one (1) brother, and three (3) sisters.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Willard Leon and Barbara A. Lineberry of Roanoke, Virginia; daughters and sons-in-law Mary Frances and Gayle Joines, Linda Gail and Ronald W. Byrd all of Galax, Virginia. Seventeen (17) grandchildren, thirty (30) great grandchildren, twenty-three (23) great-great grandchildren survive as well as several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Galax Church of God of Prophecy with Pastor Titus Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until time for the service at the church.
