Naoma Grace Davis, age 88, Galax, VA, died Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Waddell Nursing Home, Galax, VA.
Mrs. Davis was born July 4, 1927 in Carroll County, VA to Posey and Clara Elizabeth Burnett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Davis.
She is survived by daughters & son-in-law, Linda & Nelson Galyean and Loretta Jane Davis; son & daughter-in-law, Harold D. & Rebecca Davis, all of Galax, VA; grandchildren, Brandy & Craig Widner, Doug & Michelle Galyean, Donnie & Angie Galyean and Ross Douglas Davis; seven great-grandchildren & one great-great grandchild.
The funeral service will be held Monday, May 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home Chapel, Galax, VA with burial to follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. Visitation will be held tonight, Sunday May 1, 2016 at the funeral home. Officiating minister will be Sammy Burnette.
