Nancy Boyer Elswick's Obituary
Nancy Boyer Elswick age 79 of Fries, Virginia passed away Tuesday September 24, 2013 in the Forsyth Medical Center.
Mrs. Elswick was born in Akron, Ohio on August 18, 1934 to the late Clifford and Grace Carico Boyer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Elswick.
She is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law Marie Funston of Boling Brook, Illinois; Mary and Hassell McClanahan of Crete, Illinois; sister-in-law Edith Elswick Burge of Richlands, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Friday September 27, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Felts Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Lee Thomas and Rev. Joe Carrico officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to either the Fries Rescue Squad or to the Atkins Memorial United Methodist Church.
