Nadine Kenny Dalton age 93 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday, December 16, 2024 in the Galax Health and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Dalton was born on March 27, 1931 in Galax, Virginia to Thomas Jefferson and Eva Mae Sexton Kenny. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Dalton; siblings Christine Tatum; Bobby Kenny; Jimmy Kenny and Larry Kenny.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Charlotte and Mark Gillespie of Galax, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Jerry and Carla Kenny of Thaxton, Virginia; granddaughter and husband Melissa Burcham Poindexter and Robert;  great-granddaughter and husband Holly Felts Aldridge and Josh; two great-great-grandchildren Thomas and Juniper.

A graveside service will be held Friday at 2:00 PM in the Monta Vista Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Gregory officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
