Mouri Martin Hill age 95 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mr. Hill was born on May 11, 1922 in Carroll County, Virginia to Jeff and Nora Alice Amburn Hill. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Stoneman Hill; grandson Brad Hill; twin brother Rowe Hill; brother Eugene Hill and sister Thelma Face.

He proudly served his country in the US Marines.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Gary and Brenda Hill of Woodlawn, Virginia; granddaughter and her husband Kelly and Andy Golding; great-granddaughter Sadie Golding; brother-in-law and wife Elmer and Sharlene Stoneman; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Oakland United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive Friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Oakland United Methodist Church.
