Lois Mildred Shupe Haga age 96 of Jonesborough, Tennessee and formerly of Fries, Virginia passed away Monday, March 10, 2025 at her home in Jonesborough.

Mrs. Shupe was born in Grayson County, Virginia on February 18, 1929 to Lester and Olive Adkins Shupe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Clifton Leon Haga.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Shiryll and Tom Edmonds of Jonesborough, Tennessee; three grandchildren Christopher (Michelle) Durham; Casey Durham and Juliana (Tim) Stone; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Fries Cemetery with the Rev. Ben Haga officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-3678 or the Grace Baptist Church.
