Michael Wilson Williams age 62 of Galax, Va. passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at his home. Michael was born on August 27, 1946 in Virginia to Woodrow Wilson & Myrtle Bryant Williams. He is survived by his sister & brother-in-law Patricia Edwards & Martin Levin of Norfolk, Va.; brother & sister-in-law Bobby & Jane Williams of Galax, Va.; one nephew Shea Edwards of Virginia Beach, Va.. The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 11:00 AM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. James Cowley officiating. Burial will follow in the Joe Bryant Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 until 11:00 at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. Military Rites will be conducted at the gravesite by Hillsville VFW Post 1115.
