Michael was born in Galax, Virginia on November 17, 1984 to Warren and Pamela Poe Smythers.
In addition to his mother Pamela Killman of Charlotte, North Carolina, Michael is survived by his wife Mackenzie Shae Smythers; son Major Warren Smythers; step-daughter Meadow Veil Hamm all of Sparta, North Carolina; special friends the Blevins Family.
