Michael Bryan Dowling, age 55, of Fries, Virginia passed away December 10, 2021 in Twin County Regional Hospital.

Michael was born on May 25, 1966 in Galax, Virginia to Harlow and Maxine Waller Dowling.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Tina Gravley Dowling of Fries, Virginia; sons and daughter-in-law Jacob and Renea Dowling of Independence, Virginia; Andrew Bryan Dowling of Galax, Virginia; and grandchildren Lane Dowling and Clay Dowling. Also surviving are brothers and sister-in-law Ricky & Cathy Dowling of Low Gap, North Carolina, Jerry Dowling and Terri Woods of Sylvatus, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday December 14, 2021 at 3:00 PM in Providence Cemetery with Rev. Bo Bo Gravley officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation.
