Michael Lee Burcham age 46 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 in the North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
Michael was born in Galax, Virginia on November 5, 1968 to Carlon and Violet Alderman Burcham.
In addition to his mother and step-father Violet and James Brewer of Galax, Virginia and father and step-mother Carlon and Wanda Burcham of Hillsville, Virginia he is survived by his daughter Alicia Burcham of Fries, Virginia; fiancée' Sandra Yelton of Galax, Virginia; brothers Jeff Burcham of Mt. Airy North Carolina;
Terry Burcham and Randy Burcham both of Galax, Virginia; step-brothers and spouses John and Heather Mullins; Randy and Judy Brewer all of Galax, Virginia; Bobby and Brandy Mullins of Ripley, West Virginia; several nieces and nephews and special friend Tammy Burchett.
The funeral service will be held Friday, January 2, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Randy Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in the Crooked Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 PM until service time at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
