Michael Eugene Bryant age 56 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday-April 5, 2011 in the North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
Michael was born on February 8, 1955 in Galax, Virginia to Pearlie Eugene and Betty Virginia Bartlett Bryant.
In addition to his father Pearlie Eugene Bryant of Johnson City, Tennessee, Michael is survived by his wife Louise Gates Bryant of Galax, Virginia; children Carrie Elizabeth Bryant and Jordan Michael Bryant both of Nashville, Tennessee; Hunter Austin Bryant of Galax, Virginia; grandmother Lura L. Bartlett of Galax, Virginia; mother of Carrie and Jordan, Elizabeth Charlene Fortunato.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Fairlawn Church of Christ with Nathan Crowe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday night from six until nine at the Fairlawn Church of Christ.
