Maxine Marie Hasley age 88 of Mouth of Wilson, Va. passed away Saturday November 11, 2006 at Grayson Nursing & Rehab Center. She was born on September 14, 1918 in Iowa to the late Clyde & Ethel Gerand Cockran. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Hasley. She is survived by her sons & daughters-in-law Larry & Darlene Hasley of Mouth of Wilson, Va.; Norvel & Joan Hasley of Greensboro, N.C.; daugher-in-law Billi Jo Hasley of Ark.; brother-in-law Doyle Weaver of Iowa; fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Tuesday November 14, 2006 at 2:00 at Cox's Chapel Church with Rev. Pete Overcash officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from one until two before the service at the church.
