Mattie Lou Cain Terry age 95 of Fries, Va. passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Grayson Nursing & Rehab Center. Mrs. Terry was born on October 9, 1912 in Surry County, N.C. to Alexander & Emma Cain. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Albert Terry. She is survived by her daughters & son-in-law Carolyn & R.C. Huffman of Fries, Va.; Linda Lee of Kannapolis, N.C.; sons & daughters-in-law Flynt Terry; John & Carol Terry; Jerry & Elaine Terry all
of Greensboro, N.C.; sister Nina Jones of Siler City, N.C.; ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. A graveside will be held Friday, May 2, 2008 at 2:00 pm in Lake View Cemetery in Greensboro, N.C. with Bill Edwards officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
