Louise Luper Fitzgerald age 79 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday January 25, 2017 in the Waddell Nursing & Rehab Center.
Mrs. Fitzgerald was born on March 26, 1937 in Grayson County, Virginia to Robert and Martha Wells Luper. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Clarence E. Fitzgerald.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law Diane and David Wilson; Shelia F. Larrowe all of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren and spouse Isaac and Ashley Larrowe; Haley Larrowe; Cory and Anais Wilson; Molly and Matthew Wright; one great-grandchild Mia Wright; sister and brother-in-law Sue and Eddie Ellis of Galax, Virginia; brother and special friend Bob Luper and Gayle Sutherland of Roanoke, Virginia; brother-in-law Harold Fitzgerald of Martinsville, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Baywood Wesleyan Church with Pastor Rodney Christman officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at the Baywood Wesleyan Church.
