Mary Ann Jones age 75 of Galax, Virginia passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 in the North Carolina Baptist Hospital.

Mary Ann was born in Canton, Ohio on January 5, 1950 to Robert Louis and Ellen Saurs Harber. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Bill B. Jones; daughters Tonya Marie McCrary and Victoria Lynn Deputy; siblings Joe Harber; Ernest Harber and Linda Martin.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law  Billy and Tina Minger; daughter and son-in-law Rebecka and Matthew Robinson; son-in-law Billy McCrary, Jr.; brothers John Harber and Ray Harber; several grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, October 20th at 1:00 PM at Cornerstone Community Church with Pastor Mike Morris officiating.
