Mary Ann Bell age 48 of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, February 13,2018 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Mary Ann was born on July 15, 1969 in Princeton, West Virginia to Augustus and Nancy McCormick Cyphers. In addition to her mother Nancy Dalton she was preceded in death by a son Travis Shumate and a granddaughter Lily Shumate.

In addition to her father Augustus Cyphers of Princeton, West Virginia, she is survived by her husband Jimmy Bell of Johnson City, Tennessee; sons and daughter-in-law Brandon and April Shumate of Knoxville, Tennessee; Ryan Shumate of Johnson City, Tennessee; Austin Bell of Elizabethton, Tennessee; Brody Bell of Johnson City, Tennessee; sisters and brothers-in-law Cheryl & (Richard-Deceased)Walker of Galax, Virginia; Pamela and Jerry Melton of Galax, Virginia; granddaughter Bella Shumate; step-father Roger Dalton of Hillsville, Virginia; mother-in-law Hattie Bell of West Haven, Florida; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, February 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Fairview Baptist Church with the Pastor Sam Holder and the Rev. Cas Horton officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from six until eight at the Fairview Baptist Church.
