Martha Jane Nichols, 77 of Fries, Va., passed away March 28, 2024 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.

Martha was born December 18, 1946, in Grayson County, Va., to William (Bud) and Johnsie Hawks Nichols who preceded her in death.

She is survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and many, many friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 5, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 9441 Grayson Parkway, Galax, Virginia with the Rev. JoAnn Bunn officiating.  Inurnment will follow in the Church of the Good Shepherd Columbarium. There will be no visitation.
