Margie Kay Vaughan, age 56, of Galax, VA passed away at her home Friday evening, September 18, 2009.
Margie was born July 5, 1953 in Galax, Virginia to John Edward & Lettie Mae Taylor Graham.
She is survived by her husband Ronny Joe Vaughan of the home; daughter & son-in-law: Beverly & Chris Billings of Independence; sons & daughters-in-law: David & Mechelle Vaughan and Brian & Tasha Vaughan all of Galax; three granddaughters Courtney Billings, Brian Vaughan and Cassie Vaughan; sister & brother-in-law: Linda & Jerrell Alley of Galax; brother Randy Graham of Galax. Also surviving is her aunt: Sylvia Graham of Galax; special nephew Johnny Alley; special great niece Ashley Alley; special great nephew Jesse Alley and several other nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 7 until 9 o'clock at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 20 at 2:00 PM at Monta Vista Cemetery, Galax, VA with Rev. Bill Linkous officiating.
