Margaret Anne Williams age 90 of Fries, Virginia passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013.
Mrs. Williams was born in Fries, Virginia on August 5, 1922 to Warren and Vergie Rhudy Carrier. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roscoe Williams.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Brenda and Terry Hartsock of Houma, Louisiana; Elizabeth and Bruce Henderson of Daleville, Virginia; grandchildren Eric Hartsock, Erin Beattie, Andrea Henderson and Jennifer Weidler; great-grandchildren Drake Beattie, Emily Weidler and Jeremiah Weidler; brother and sister-in-law Han and Louise Carrier of Fries, Virginia; several nieces and nephews; several caregivers and friends who also loved her.
The funeral service will be held Monday, May 6, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Fries Methodist Church with Rev. John Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Fries Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
